My Dry Cleaner App Instructions

MDCAppiPhone & Droid Users…With the MyDryCleaner app you can now check your order status, receive special discounts and request a pick up through your mobile phone!

To use the MyDryCleaner App you must first setup a free online Swan account to interface with our system. If you do not currently have an online account, please Click Here to create your Swan account. At the top of the signup page you can either choose “Retail Customer” for walk-in service at any one of our 24 locations or “Home/Office Delivery” for FREE pick-up and delivery service. If you choose “Home/Office Delivery,” please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be accepted into our system. The password and username that you choose to setup your Swan account will be the same one that you use for the App.

Once you have setup your online Swan account and downloaded the FREE MyDryCleaner app from iTunes or the Anroid Market, please follow the instructions below to activate the app.

1. Log into the “Customer Connect” portal through our website (Link Here). In the top left corner click “Customer Information.” Under the customer information section, click the button the reads “Mobile Invitation Code” (a button on the second line from the top). Write down the Mobile Invitation Code (it should be 6 capital letters).

2. Now, on your phone, click on the MyDryCleaner app to open it. Upon opening the app for the first time, the following message will appear: “The system is unable to retrieve your information. Would you like to review your settings now?” Click “Yes.” Next, click the green button at the top of your screen that reads “I have a mobile invitation code,” and enter your 6 letter, mobile invitation code and click “Submit.”

3. You should then see a message that reads, “Your invitation code has been accepted.” Press the “Back” button in the top left hand corner of your screen. You will now see the Swan Cleaners Logo and be logged into your account! The setup is complete. You can now track your current orders, review your order history, check for specials and request a pick up (delivery customers only).
