Swan Cleaners is the First in
the World to Win!

Cleaners is the first dry cleaner in the world to be named a
Certified Green Cleaner by the Green Cleaners Council!
The award is based on
commitment to environmental sustainability programs, responsible
solvent use, recycling efforts and smart energy conservation.
“Being a good environmental
citizen and a good drycleaner go far beyond what kind of solvent
a cleaner uses,” says Ann Hargrove, National Cleaners
Association’s director of special projects. “We felt it was time
to highlight all areas of environmental sustainability and to
give consumers a way to judge how genuine and wide-reaching a
cleaner’s commitment to a greener world was.
"We're proud to be the first
cleaner in the world to win this award,"
said Paul Gelpi, owner of Swan Cleaners. "Other cleaners
claim to be green, but they're just green with envy!"
