& Droid Users…
After you have
downloaded the FREE MyDryCleaner app from iTunes or the
Anroid Market, please follow the instructions below to set up
and activate your online Swan account.
1. Click on the
MyDryCleaner app, and it will take you to the set up
screen.
2. STORE ID
- Change to: SWANOH (Letters must be in All Caps)
3. EMAIL
- Enter your personal email address that you used to set up your
online Swan account at
www.swancleaners.com .
4. PASSWORD
- Enter your personal password that you set on your online Swan
account at
www.swancleaners.com .
If you do not
currently have an online account, please
Click Here or go to https://mydrycleaner.com/swancleaners to
create one. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be
accepted into our system.
Once these
settings are installed, go back to your app on your phone and
when you log in, you should see the Swan Cleaners logo on top.
If you still see the SPOT logo, please double check your
settings, or email us,
and we will be happy to assist you.
If you prefer,
we can send an Invitation Code to you to make activation even
easier! This code automatically fills in the account information
above. Just contact our Main Office at (614) 442-5000,

email your Invitation
Code request.
