What if I need help?

When will my cleaned item(s) be returned?

Any laundered or dry cleaned item(s) dropped off before 9am (M-F) will be returned within 2 business days by 5pm (Excluding Sundays & Holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready with the locker number(s) that contains your order.

I dropped my items off, how do I pay?

Once you join, all orders will be automatically processed with your credit card on file.

What if I cannot pick up my order up right away?

All orders will remain in the locker for one week. After one week, any order will be stored at our 315 W. Bridge St. (43017) store until a new drop off is scheduled, or you decide to pick it up there. Call (614) 889-7700, or email us at, to have your order redelivered to the locker.

What if I need faster service?

Please visit our 315 W. Bridge St. (43017), located less than 1-mile away, for same-day, or next day service.

How do I make special requests?

Special requests, instructions, or questions regarding the care of your garments may be made by including a note in your bag, or by signing into your account and clicking the “Messages” button.

How do I change my credit card info?

You can manage your account preferences by visiting, and clicking on the “Log In/Sign Up” button at the top of the page.

What if I forget, or want to change, my 4-digit code?

Your 4-digit code, along with your locker number, will be listed on your order ready email. For further assistance, please call (614) 760-1900, or email us at, and we will respond during normal business hours.

How much does is cost?

The Locker Valet program is FREE to join! Normal cleaning charges apply. Additionally, all Locker Valet members will receive special offers and other discounts.
